NORTH WELCOMES YOU TO SANTA'S WORKSHOP... BY KIDNAPPING YOU

After taking a concept design pass on the North Pole, I was asked to conceive and board a sequence that would introduce Jack Frost to the idea that the Guardians were in fact real.  In this version of the story, Jack only had knowledge of  Santa, Tooth Fairy, etc. through overhearing children's stories.  In this sequence, Jack freezes his Yeti escort sent by North and through a kind of haphazard pursuit of an elf ends up touring through and discovering the purpose of Santa's workshop until the now thawed and angry Yeti catches up with him.  This is the first rough pass of the sequence. (- And yes, as I drew it every toy made at the North Pole, whether a teddy bear or ceramic ballerina they all start as a block of wood.  Why not...)
