Back in 2004, I was fortunate enough to be one of the first artists involved with, How to Train Your Dragon. These were super early explorations of characters and dragons.
Love your work! Why no comments here? Also- what kind of marker pens did you use for those dragon illustrations? I'm a professional artist, currently working for Carte Blanche Greetings, UK. Web: www.runninghead.com Email: info@runninghead.com
Thanks for the kind words. Just started the blog. Of the dragon sketches; the first 3 pages were all drawn in photoshop on a cintiq. The last two pages of dragons were a combination of china marker/ water resistant ball point pen for the line work, and water color pencils and a good old fashioned box of crayola 64 crayons.
