The Guardians are trying to inspire the kids by actually interacting with them, but they are locked out due to the fear caused by Pitch, the Boogeyman. Jack has trapped Pitch in a cage of ice and is making it snow in each child's room, hoping to inspire their belief in the Guardians once more.

This is awesome! I think a scene like this should totally have been in the final cut instead of the one they have now. It would've made Jack look like more of a hero and stuff since he is the main character. This scene should at least be in any possible sequel. My only question is, what happens after Pitch breaks out of the ice if you know by any chance? I'm really fascinated with all of the deleted scenes.
